The guarantee period is as stated at the time of purchase, counted from the date of purchase confirmation.
To request a refund, please email vccmilan@gmail.com with the subject "Refund – Order #XXXX". You must include your name, purchase email, and order number in the body of the email.
Refunds are processed and returned to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
Refund requests made outside the guarantee window will not be accepted.
